BFRT - combined with light resistance exercises or aerobic exercises - can give you the same strength and hypertrophy results without having to lift heavy weights. If you have an injury and can not lift heavy weights to get stronger, BFRT is your solution.

For clinics we advice to get the H+ sets with 3 different sizes and a doppler unit. Everything you need for upper and lower extremity. With 3 different sizes you can treat any patient. Consider the curved design for the best fit possible.
For personal use we recommend the the Occlusion Cuff, 1 set for both upper and lower body. This is the most economic option and is a great product to get started. Many Physical Therapists like this budget-friendly unit.
To train safely, please make sure you use a Doppler unit to determine the best pressure for you. Everyone is different and you need to use a safe and individualized pressure for your arms and your legs.
